At 16, after relocating to Canada, Btaiche founded Hestia Academy, an educational platform for teenagers, while simultaneously conducting research at McGill University. His entrepreneurial journey continued in Silicon Valley, where he established Fuse Energy in 2019 at just 19 years old. The company focuses on developing commercial fusion energy solutions through breakthrough technologies, including TITAN the world's first high-energy, high-power impedance-matched Marx generator (IMG), a critical advancement for pulsed power systems and Magnetized Liner Inertial Fusion (MagLIF) technology.

Under Btaiche's visionary leadership, Fuse Energy has secured impressive financial backing, including over $20 million in initial funding and a $32 million Series A round in 2024, valuing the company above $200 million. His strategic approach includes valuable partnerships, notably with Sandia National Laboratories, to enhance pulsed power technologies crucial for both nuclear effects testing and commercial fusion energy development.

Guided by an expert advisory board featuring leaders from the U.S. Department of Energy, Department of Defense, and other key organizations, Btaiche is positioning Fuse Energy as a transformative force in clean energy innovation, working toward a sustainable energy future through practical fusion power solutions.
